Select the file to be edited

Tap and drag to select the paint tool

Tap mode - Effect to paint with an effect instead of color

Select Black & White Effect

Reduce the brush size to about 30

paint everything but the horse to make the entire background black and white

Now, select the saturation effect. Located in the menu on the left fx icon

Increase the saturation  to 100%. Tap OK.

paint only the horse with the saturation effect to enchance its color

And the end result like this
